Monika is a Vice President and serves as Head of Sustainability at Tower Peak Partners, based in the firm's London office. She leads the firm's sustainability agenda across investment strategies, operations, and corporate culture. She drives the integration of environmental and social considerations into the firm's lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global sustainability standards and investor expectations.
Before joining Tower Peak, Monika was Sustainable Finance Lead at KPMG's Global Decarbonisation Hub, where she advised institutional investors and asset managers on sustainable fund design, climate investing, and sustainability integration. As Associate Director in KPMG's ESG strategy team, she led complex climate and ESG advisory engagements, guided clients through sustainability-linked transitions, and built partnerships across the financial and corporate ecosystem to accelerate decarbonisation.
Previously, Monika served as Head of ESG and Strategy Manager at Plastic Energy, a pioneering circular economy company, where she developed and implemented the firm's sustainability strategy and policies, and supported major fundraises aligned with global standards such as the UN Global Compact and GRI.
Prior to that, Monika worked across the financial services sector, advising on sustainability initiatives within the asset management and insurance industries.
Monika holds an MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College London and a BA in International Relations and Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College.
