Security Fraud and Awareness

We maintain technical and organisational measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information we hold, including access controls, encryption, and ongoing monitoring of our systems. We do not publish details of our specific security arrangements, as doing so could itself create a security risk; further information may be made available to investors and counterparties under appropriate confidentiality arrangements on request.

Fraudsters sometimes impersonate real firms, including Tower Peak Partners, to deceive individuals into making payments or disclosing confidential information. This section explains how we will, and will not, contact you, so that an approach inconsistent with this pattern can be recognised and reported.

Any genuine communication from us regarding payments, bank details, or account information will come from an email address ending @tower-peak.com, and any request to change payment instructions will always be confirmed by a call to a phone number you already hold for us, initiated by you, not a number provided in the communication itself.

We will never ask you to make an urgent payment under pressure or time constraint, request that you change bank or wire instructions by email alone, ask you to disclose a password, PIN, or one-time passcode, request payment via gift cards, cryptocurrency, or other non-standard payment methods, or ask you to keep a payment or instruction confidential from your own colleagues or advisers.

If you receive a communication purporting to be from Tower Peak Partners that asks you to make or change a payment, or to disclose confidential information, and it does not follow the pattern above, treat it as suspicious. Do not act on it, click any links it contains, or reply to it directly. Verify it independently by contacting us using contact details you already hold — not any contact details provided in the communication itself — before taking any action.

If you believe you have received a fraudulent communication purporting to be from us, or have already acted on one, contact us immediately at compliance@tower-peak.com. In the United Kingdom, fraud should also be reported to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk or by calling 0300 123 2040. If you have made a payment you believe to be fraudulent, contact your bank immediately, as well as us.

We take reasonable steps to protect our systems and to make our genuine communication practices clear on this page. We are not able to guarantee that fraudulent communications will never be made in our name, and we accept no liability for losses arising from a third party's fraudulent impersonation of Tower Peak Partners, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach of applicable law. This page does not limit or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
