Aline is a Vice President and serves in the Capital Formation & Investor Relations team at Tower Peak Partners, based in the firm's São Paulo office. She is responsible for the firm's engagement with institutional investors across Brazil.

Prior to Tower Peak, Aline was Fundraising and Investor Relations Manager for Distressed Assets and Special Situations at Jive Investments, based in São Paulo. In this role, Aline led their fundraising campaign, focusing on international institutional and offshore investors including Multi and Single-Family Offices, Funds of Funds, and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs). She was responsible for the identification, assessment, and conversion of prospective investors, directed institutional communication efforts, engaged in co-investment and secondaries structuring, and led due diligence support. She also oversaw investor relationship management across all funds under the manager's purview, encompassing an investor base that was 50% international.

Before Jive, Aline served as Fundraising and Investor Relations Associate in Private Equity at Oria Capital. There, she managed the firm’s fundraising efforts, covering domestic and international investor channels. Her responsibilities included roadshow execution, due diligence documentation, structuring co-investment opportunities, and institutional communications across formal media channels.

Before Oria Capital, Aline was a Sales Analyst focused on Listed Funds at XP Inc., where she led fundraising initiatives within XP's B2B autonomous agents retail segment. She was also actively involved in product distribution decisions and roadshow execution.

Earlier in her career, Aline held Investor Relations Analyst roles specialising in Real Estate Funds, first at Rio Bravo Investimentos, and subsequently at Hemisfério Sul Investimentos. Across both positions, she was instrumental in establishing and overseeing IR divisions, managed regulatory submissions, and led shareholder communications and assemblies. She also served as an Investor Relations Analyst at Votorantim Asset Management, and before that held analyst and intern roles at Banco BV and BASF.

Aline holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economic Sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an MBA in Financial Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo (PECE/USP). She has also completed studies in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Insper. She also holds the CPA-20 qualification from ANBIMA.
