Eddie Nissen is a Managing Partner and serves as Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations for EMEA, based in the firm’s London office. He is responsible for the firm's fundraising and investor relationships in the region, driving strategic engagement with institutional investors to strengthen the firm's presence across these markets.

Before Tower Peak, Eddie was Director of Investment Funds at Marex Financial, where he led their capital raising and investor coverage strategy across listed and private markets. His role included advising on distribution strategy, product positioning and investor targeting across alternative asset classes, and expanding institutional engagement.

Prior to Marex, Eddie was Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Alvarium Securities/Ellora Capital Partners LLP. Here, he originated and led their capital raising strategy across alternative strategies, including infrastructure, real assets and credit. He built and led the firm's investor coverage function across wealth managers, family offices and institutional investors, and managed end-to-end capital formation from product development and investor targeting through to execution and allocation. He also served as the primary contact point between asset managers and investors, shaping product strategy to align with investor demand.

Previously, Eddie was in Investment Companies Specialist Sales at J.P. Morgan Cazenove, covering institutional and wealth investors across alternative asset strategies and advising asset managers on capital raising strategy.

He earlier held Investment Trust Sales roles at Peel Hunt and Dexion Capital, supporting primary placements and investor marketing for listed alternative funds and building relationships across UK wealth managers and private wealth platforms. Over the course of his career, he has raised more than £6 billion across alternative investment strategies.

Eddie began his career in Mumbai, at Indian Advisory Partners and Espirito Santo Securities, before joining Morgan Stanley in Institutional Equity Sales, as well as an Investment Trust Sales roles at Peel Hunt and Dexion Capital

Eddie holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Bristol.
