Paul is a Managing Partner and serves as Chief Investment Officer for European Aerospace & Defence at Tower Peak Partners. Based in the firm's London office, he leads the firm's investment origination, execution, and portfolio oversight for the strategy across the region. In this role, he shapes thematic priorities in aerospace and defence, engages with strategic and public-sector stakeholders, and partners with portfolio leadership to drive long-term value creation and performance.

Before joining Tower Peak, Paul was Vice President in the Intelligence & Homeland Security Division at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he led teams delivering mission-critical technology solutions for classified government customers.

He previously served as Senior Director of Business Strategy and Data Analytics at GDIT, where he led the development of its enterprise business intelligence capability.

Prior to this, he worked as Senior Director of Programs at GDIT, where he was responsible for global portfolios of IT and communications programmes.

Earlier in his career, Paul held programme management and engineering roles at Anteon Corporation, and before that served as a United States Air Force Intelligence Officer.

Paul holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, and a BA in Philosophy from the University of San Francisco.
